Patches & Labels

Custom patches can be used on just about anything. From hats and beanies, to Jiu Jitsu kimonos or merch at a concert.

We currently patch Martial Arts school spanning across the entire country and BJJ lifestyle brands you already own. We understand what our sport needs especially when it comes to how we sew and re-inforce the merrow borders. We also do most of the neighboring Fire and Police Departments. So whichever the project you have, we have you covered!

TYPE: EMBROIDERED

Embroidered patches are classic and durable. They are embroidered on twill backing which saves on stitches you don't need. These sturdy patches are the same you will see on uniforms all across the country, from municipal workers to martial arts schools.

TYPE: WOVEN

Woven patches are the cream of the crop. They are smooth, light, clean and ultra detailed. These are used for fine detail, when the smallest of text or lines are needed. Great for high end brands and private labels.

TYPE: SUBLIMATION

We don't usually recommend these, but they do serve a purpose. The nature of how it transfers to the poly backing make it limitless when it comes to full color realistic photos. However it never quite feels like a patch, since thread is not being used and it can fade when exposed to a lot of wear.

50% EMBROIDERY

The majority of the background twill is showing and being left blank, allowing you to save on stitches and keep the overall production cost down.

75% EMBROIDERY

This is our most commonly produced patch. Because you are covering about 75% of the background with embroidery, we can pack a lot of detail and colors.

100% EMBROIDERY

The ultimate patch. This will be 100% embroidered over the twill background. Everything you see is detailed and textured. The most expensive of the options, but these are bold, bright and full of awesome.

BORDER: MERROW

A traditional border for patches with basic shapes. We reinforce and overlock the border to make them clean, tight and durable

BORDER: HOT KNIFE CUT

When the patch shape is irregular and a merrow border is not possible, we can use a satin stitch to create a border around the design, and then use a hot knife to cut the shape and lockdown the stitches from fraying.

BORDER: LASER CONTOUR CUT

For clean cuts on woven hem tags and labels. Perfect for when you want the patch to feel seamless on the garment. These pair great with an iron-on backing and a heat transfer application. This cut is also used for highly detailed or irregular shapes when a merrow border is not possible.

SPECIAL: FELT BACKING

A unique classic look for schools and academies, the felt backing is a bit more expensive than twill, but worth it if you're going for that old varsity look.

SPECIAL: METALLIC THREADS

Metallic threads can really make your image pop, but they can have a bit of a rough texture to them due to the properties on the thread and will on average cost about 30% more than a regular patch.

SPECIAL: SUBDUED

We can turn any design into a subdued patch. Perfect for Police Departments and Swat Team.

FINISH: SEW ON BACKING

We will put Plastic or Paper backing. This is the cheapest option and adds stability and durability to the patch if you are just going to directly sew it on the garment.

feature-row__image

FINISH: IRON-ON

We will put a heat seal / iron-on glue on the back that can be used to Press the patch onto a hat or garment. This is typically an easier way to put a patch on without sewing, but it won't be as durable.

FINISH: VELCRO

Great for Tactical Teams, uniforms or grab bags, velcro allows you to quickly identify your team or flag and readjust on the go.
